康明斯的個人風格(signature)在詩全用小寫（還有括號及不知道哪裡斷句:P），以及文句纖細優美，在電影中多被電影中的愛情橋段引用。
漢娜姐妹／ Hannah and her sisters 1986
伍迪艾倫的電影每一部都有他自己的影子（否則怎麼能想出這麼尖酸刻薄的台詞呢？）電影中姐夫愛上妹妹的橋段，前夫後來跟妹妹交往，如蟲咬般心緒難耐的煎熬（配上Michael Caine的太過鎮定聲音真讓人不習慣），都有他自己的身歷其境，是將一個中年男人的世故與猥瑣表露無遺的電影（套句老李李宗盛的話：既然青春留不住，還是做個大叔好）。
《我从未旅行过的地方》，是不倫姐夫借由康明斯诗歌向老婆的妹妹表白（以前沒有line沒有微信沒有臉書， 告白的確需要如此大費周章，何況又是偷情的告白），康明斯這首詩美的可以融化北極的冰山。

台灣電影。電影名稱，音樂及詩均出現somewhere i have never traveled，小鎮年輕人想要快快長大探索世界，去許多從沒去過的地方，心卻又受到愛情魔力的折磨而脆弱不堪，不管愛同性愛異性，這是每一個人都會經歷的青春期。
偷穿高跟鞋／ In her shoes 2005
妹妹在姊姊的婚禮上唸的一首感人的詩。麻煩精妹妹一向跟姊姊意見不合，感情不睦，但是仍然時時關心，處處陪伴。血濃於水，我常常覺得，父母給我最好的禮物除了健康的身體之外，就是手足。父母終將老去，在我們在成長，拼搏，甚至衰老的每一個階段，有姊妹相陪真的是一件很珍貴的事情。

生死情緣／ Charlie St. Cloud 2010
集結青年勵志，愛情，靈異驚悚於一身的電影（不過這麼多組合在整合時間短短兩小時的電影中會變得過於的突兀不討好）。男主角撩妹之時唸了Cummings的詩句，也是女主角爸爸最喜歡的詩句，女主角曾經在爸爸的葬禮上唸過這首詩，迅速大大收穫好感（基廷老師及蜘蛛人2皆直接告訴男生，撩妹最好的方式是唸詩而不是量子力學）。男主角唸的是下面幾句：
trust your heart
if the seas catch fire
(and live by love
though the stars walk backward)"
若海面燃燒，相信你的心
儘管星辰殞落，相信你的心。
並鼓勵女主角（也是說給自己聽的）take chances!!
